The items of the certificate issued by IGC are as follows.

• ①IGC accreditation number: Unique number of the certification body approved by the accreditation body
• ②Certificate number: Unique number assigned by the certification body
• ③Client’s name
• ④Client’s address
• ⑤Business registration number
• ⑥Standards certified by IGC
• ⑦Certification Scope
• ⑧Certificate validity
• ⑨Excluded clause(Applies in case of Clause 13485)
• ⑩IAS, MLA Mark and IGC Certification Mark: In case of non-accredited standards, only the IGC certification mark is inserted.
• ⑪QR
• ⑫13485 Technical Area(In the case of 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, and FSSC, the technology category is indicated.)

Each certificate is assigned a unique number, and certified clients can check the certificate information in the “IAF Certsearch Database” and “IGC Website”. For details, please refer to the followings.

(1) Check customer information and certificate information after scanning QR code

[Method 2]

(1) Access the IAF CertSearch website(https://www.iafcertsearch.org)

(2) Search after selecting the client name or certificate number on the main page of the Website

(3) Check client certificate information

• •  Location: Client’s address

IGC Website

(1) Access the IGC website (https://www.igcert.org)

(2) Enter the certificate number in the certificate search box at the middle of the main website

(3) Check client certificate information

• •  System Type: Certified Standards
• •  System State:
  • -  Valid: If the certificate is valid
  • -  Withdrawn: If the certificate is withdrawn
• •  Registration Number: Client’s business registration number
