Guidelines for competence management and people development



A. Introduction of ISO 10015:2019
   Since the organization's performance can vary depending on how human resource capabilities are utilized within the organization, it is necessary to manage competencies and cultivate human resources at the organizational level. In addition, systematic education and training are essential to achieve continuous customer satisfaction and organizational management goals in a market where customer requirements and expectations are rapidly changing. To this end, organizations must contribute to achieving the intended results by planning and applying systematic processes for competency management, education and training, and people development.
   This document provides guidance to help organizations manage competence and develop their people.
